1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the dk22 platform, accessible at dk22.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications operated by dk22 ("the Platform", "dk22", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 By accessing or using any part of dk22 — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you accept these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of dk22 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on dk22. Multiple accounts held by the same person may be closed, and associated balances may be voided.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 dk22 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) checks at any time. These checks are mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Required documentation typically includes a valid national identity document (CNIC) and proof of address. dk22 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

3.4 Users must promptly update their account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect the user's ability to withdraw funds or access certain account features.

3.5 dk22 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any person at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk22 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 dk22 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from dk22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to dk22 immediately.

4.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your dk22 account, whether or not you have authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify dk22 support without delay.

4.4 dk22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and hashed password storage. Notwithstanding these measures, you acknowledge that no online security system is completely infallible and that dk22 cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.5 dk22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised or that the account is being used by an unauthorised person.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 dk22 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed within the dk22 account portal.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the payment flow.

5.3 All funds deposited into your dk22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

5.4 dk22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and 1LINK) under normal circumstances. Your financial institution may apply their own charges, for which dk22 bears no responsibility.

5.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are processed at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the user's sole responsibility. dk22 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

5.6 Deposits are credited to your dk22 account balance upon confirmation of successful payment from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a disputed or failed deposit, users should contact support with transaction reference details.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the dk22 account holder. dk22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, dk22 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). Users must submit a valid CNIC and any additional documentation requested. KYC is conducted once and documents are retained for future withdrawals once verified.

6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) — typically within 24 hours; USDT TRC20 — typically within 1 hour subject to network confirmation times. These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by third-party processing delays.

6.4 dk22 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where the account has exhibited unusual activity. Such checks may extend processing times.

6.5 Funds that have been credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly erroneous odds are not eligible for withdrawal and may be voided. dk22 will notify affected users in such circumstances.

6.6 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of the account portal. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 dk22 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which must be read and accepted at the time of opt-in.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions will be clearly stated for each promotion.

7.3 Bonuses are for recreational use and are not transferable. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms specifically permit otherwise. Attempting to claim bonuses via multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.

7.5 Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance display. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings are transferred to your withdrawable balance. 8 Sports Betting Rules

8.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed by dk22, the odds are fixed for that wager unless the bet was placed on a clearly erroneous price ("palpable error"), in which case dk22 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

8.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connection and system availability. dk22 does not accept liability for the failure to record an in-play bet due to technical issues on the user's end, including network disruptions, browser failures, or device malfunctions.

8.4 For cricket — including Pakistan international matches and PSL fixtures — markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the PSL governing authority). In the event of interruption, suspension, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in the cricket betting rules section.

8.5 dk22 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any user at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate match manipulation or other irregular activity.

8.6 Any winnings resulting from bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or match manipulation will be void. dk22 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in respect of such matters.

9 Casino Games & RNG

9.1 All casino games available on dk22 — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing agencies.

9.2 The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the dk22 platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform ("bug abuse");
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal or fraudulent means;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dk22 staff or other users;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10.2 dk22 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Users identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dk22 account holders:

12.3 Any unauthorised use of dk22 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the dk22 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or gambling proceeds;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any dk22 service;
• Errors in odds, game results, or promotional terms;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game studios.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.3 dk22 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 dk22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• The user has provided false registration information;
• The user is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires it;
• dk22 determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform's integrity.

14.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dk22 may at its discretion void all pending bets, withhold balances pending investigation, or return stakes only (excluding winnings) in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.

14.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their dk22 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification) will be returned to the user's verified payment method.

15 Amendments to Terms

16.4 Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.
